A non-refundable pet fee ranging from $150-$350 depending on the type/breed. Not all properties accept pets.

Sojourn provides full service production and corporate housing. We have furnished apartments and homes in Atlanta’s best neighborhoods. Leases are prioritized for longer term bookings, but will open up the calendar to shorter stays approximately a week out if the requested dates are still available. If you are more than one week from your desired check in and are inquiring on a shorter term stay, please check back with us and we’ll do our best to accommodate you at that time.
A short term rental agreement will be sent over after the booking is confirmed. You will be required to provide a copy of your valid drivers license. Rates and availability are subject to change prior to booking with a credit card.
